How We Are Compensated imageHow We Are Compensated?

We are a fee-based advisory practice. This means that we are primarily compensated based on a percent of client’s accounts that are actually being managed, as opposed to being paid based on transactions being initiated. This rewards us as client’s portfolio values increase. Many clients believe this arrangement places our motives in better alignment to theirs. Our goal is to eliminate any incentive to make transactions for the sake of transactions.

As such, we are committed to “Pricing Integrity” which manifests in three ways:

  • Fairness: We strive to deliver value that is in excess of our fees;
  • Consistency: There is consistency in the fees charged to clients with similar complexities, services and asset levels;
  • Transparency: All client fees are fully revealed and explained

Despite market volatility and economic uncertainty clients believe they can achieve their financial goals and enjoy a “Life Well Lived.”

For over 35 years we have been helping our clients achieve a life well lived.  As you seek a trusted source for your financial advice, we invite you to consider our “2nd Opinion” program for a complete, unbiased review of your financial program.

Advisory accounts are not designed for excessively traded or inactive accounts, and may not be suitable for all investors. During periods of lower trading activity, your costs might be lower if our compensation was based on commissions. Please carefully review the Wells Fargo Advisors advisory disclosure document for a full description of our services, including fees and expenses. The minimum account size for Advisory Programs varies.

Many people find that having a trusted independent advisor can provide financial confidence — by clarifying economic complexity, navigating through turbulent markets, and providing a buffer between them and changing times.
